At Imagination Hypnotherapy , we value our clients' satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional services. We understand that situations may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your sessions. Please review the following cancellation policy, which outlines the terms and conditions related to refunds for both used and unused sessions:

1. Cancellation of Scheduled Sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list for appointments.

2. Refunds for Used Sessions: Once a hypnotherapy session has been conducted, it is considered "used" and is not eligible for any refunds or reimbursements. We firmly believe in the value of our services and are committed to providing the best possible experience during each session.

3. Refunds for Unused Sessions: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes circumstances change, leading to the need for cancellation of remaining sessions. In such cases, we are pleased to offer refunds for unused sessions.

4. Banking Unused Sessions: If you prefer not to receive a refund for unused sessions, we are happy to bank the remaining sessions for future use. These banked sessions will remain valid for a specific period, typically six months from the date of the last session attended.

5. Gifting Unused Sessions: In addition to banking unused sessions for yourself, you have the option to gift your unused sessions to a family member or friend. This can be a thoughtful and meaningful gesture to share the benefits of hypnotherapy with someone you care about.

7. Exceptional Circumstances: While we maintain a firm policy on refunds for used sessions, we understand that certain extraordinary circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending or continuing sessions. In such cases, please communicate with us, and we will review your situation with empathy and understanding.

8. Session Package Policies: If you have purchased a package of multiple sessions at a discounted rate, the refund or banking policy for unused sessions will be applied based on the number of sessions remaining in the package.

By engaging in our hypnotherapy services, you agree to comply with this cancellation policy, which includes the refund options for unused sessions, either through monetary reimbursement or the ability to bank or gift those sessions.
